The Tumble Type Shot Blasting machine can be used to remove sand and rust from cast, forged and welded parts as well as aluminum and other non-ferrous parts. This series is especially effective for hard-to-clean parts, non-fragile parts and non-core castings. These machines are also available in full automation.

Tumble-type shot blasting machine offers reasonable structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency. The blast chamber is equipped with wear protection plate on the inner wall to avoid punctures due to shots at the high velocity. The rubber belt conveyor allows easy tumbling of work pieces and has many shot leakage holes for the cycle of balls.
Machine is used for surface cleaning, removing dust and surface intensification differently with small and middle sized cast or forged work pieces. The addition of a repeated conveyor allows for increased production rates when it is used as a part of production line.

The special shot distributor design contributes to low power consumption and high shot flow rate. It also provide a better work environment to operators, our shot blasting machine strong has double dust remover and extra-large particles to settle first based on the inertia principle, and other is also filtered by the bag type dust collector.
Rubber belts description- In the processing of the machine; it has good wear-resistance rubber and multilayer strengthening cloth. That carriers work piece and working by rolling. Machine has many rubber edges that is about to make work piece roll easily and leakage holes in it, that would make steel shots circulate. The tight shaft is to adjust tight force of the belt.
